By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.


1. Refund Policy – 24-Hour Grace Period

WebX provides a 24-hour refund window for all purchases. If you wish to cancel a service and receive a refund, the request must be made within 24 hours of the initial purchase.

After this period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting Plans

  • Domain Registrations

  • Website Design & Development

  • Business Email and Digital Tools


2. Premium Plans – 30-Day Refund Guarantee

Clients subscribed to any Premium Plan are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within this 30-day period.

  • Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.


3. Late Payments & Plan Expiry

Clients are responsible for ensuring that payments are made on or before the due date of their service.

  • If payment is missed, a 30-day grace period will be applied.

  • During this period, your services will remain active.

  • After 30 days of non-payment, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Important: WebX is not responsible for any data loss caused by non-renewal or expired plans.


4. Service Restoration After Deletion

If your service is deleted due to non-payment and you wish to recover it, a restoration fee starting from £125 will apply.

  • The final fee may vary based on complexity.

  • Restoration is not guaranteed and is subject to technical feasibility and availability.


5. Fair Use & Transparency

WebX enforces this policy to maintain clear, fair, and consistent practices for all clients. We strongly encourage clients to monitor their plan expiry dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid service interruptions or data loss.
