Eligibility for Refund

WEBX offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible web hosting services. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the initial service purchase.

Refunds apply only to web hosting plans purchased directly from WEBX. This policy does not cover domain registrations, domain transfers, SSL certificates, add-on services, setup fees, or renewal payments.

Refund Conditions

Hosting services must not have been misused or involved in violations of WEBX’s Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. Excessive resource usage, abuse, or illegal activity will void refund eligibility.

Payments made via cryptocurrencies are non-refundable. In such cases, WEBX may offer account credit at its sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for domain-related services, third-party products, add-ons, one-time setup fees, custom development work, or services that have already been renewed.

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day eligibility period will not be accepted.

Partial and Pro-Rata Refunds

If applicable, refunds may be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the service term after deducting any non-refundable fees.

No refunds will be provided for services that have already been substantially used.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, customers must contact the WEBX support team by submitting a written request via the official support channel.

The request must include the account holder’s full name, registered email address, invoice or order number, and the reason for requesting the refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
